Thanks to everyone who sent an email and complained.

Prudential built their office blocks although they did compromise by moving them back a greater distance from the clubhouse and they also furnished a lot of extra help which ultimately was of great benefit.

There is no longer anything to be gained by complaining and years later we now also have the new Daimler Chrysler Mercedes World building on site which has done a lot to improve matters at Brooklands.

You did all make a difference, so our thanks to the thousands of you who probably achieved more collectively than most politicians do.
