The 41st Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 41st  Annual General Meeting of The Brooklands Society Limited will be held on Wednesday 7th October at 8.00p.m. in the Bluebird Room at the Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, Surrey.

AGENDA.

1. Apologies for absence.

2. Minutes of the 40th Annual General Meeting to be approved and signed.

3. Reports of the management.

4. Accountant's Report.

5. Acceptance of the Annual Accounts.

6. Re-election of the Accountant.

7. Election of Officers and Committee.

8. Any other business.

Copies of the accounts may be obtained in advance by telephoning the administration office on 01252 408877.

Members who do not intend to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf by using a form available from the Secretary.

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a film show.
