Voisin Laboratoire

3.JPG (196852 bytes)

A masterful and painstaking re-creation of Gabriel Voisin's aerodynamic but underpowered racing car.

Voisin applied aviation engineering to his cars which were never fully developed and always underpowered.

The original car was the first monocoque Grand Prix car. None of the originals survived but persistent research has resulted in Philip Moch's intriguing and very popular re-creation which always raises a lot of  interest.
